About Leadership in Academia

Leadership requiresinterventions on three very

different levels.

There’s usually no shortage of ideas and good intentions. However, consistent implementation of intentions and plans is often lacking.

Leiderschap is de kunst van het beïnvloeden. De toegevoegde waarde van de leidinggevende in de academie zit niet langer in de uitvoering van het werk, maar in het denken en reflecteren over het werk. Zorgen dat anderen hun werk goed doen door richting, randvoorwaarden en ruimte te geven.
